Hunger Stops On OUR Watch!

MGM is Passionate About Child Nutrition!!!!!

As a Nationally Known Speaker, I travel the Nation Speaking to School Nutrition Professionals. It's my Passion to Bring Mrs. Obama's Dream of Improving Nutrition and Decreasing Childhood Obesity to LIFE by Supporting, Motivating, Inspiring and Encouraging ALL School Nutrition Professionals.

Studies Show-- if only 1% of your job changes, it feels as if 90% has changed. So, the Change to the New Meal Pattern has been a bit challenging. But--By Working Together We Are BETTER--STRONGER--TOGETHER. As Mrs. Obama's Leads the Way, both School Nutrition Professionals and Students have been 'finding their way'. As Always, Our Local School Nutrition Professionals, working diligently each and every day in every cafeteria across the nation-- Are Getting the Job Done with HEART! MGM Takes Mrs. Obama's Health Challenge

After years of Traveling the Nation and packing on the pounds, MGM DECIDED to Take Mrs. Obama's Health Challenge.

MGM started an Improved Nutrition Program for herself--eating the Five Star Meal--Fruits, Veggies, Whole Grains, Protein, Milk. MGM Has Dropped 30 pounds.

Then, MGM Added--Get Moving--to her rountine. She purchased Nike's Fuel Band and set a Goal to Walk 7,000 or more Steps, per day, for a YEAR! MGM has kept her committment! As of this writing she is on day 547!

Also --MGM added 5K Races to her rountine. She encourages her Grandchildren, Devon 10 and Mikayla 20 months, to attend the 5K Races with her. Devon will run his first GlowBash Race 1 Nov 2014 and then on to the Color Me Rad 5 K Race 15 Nov 2014!!!! It is Great Fun to BE FIT!!!!

IN 2015--we added another 20+ 5K races to our schedule!!!

MGM is Getting FIT and encouraging the Next Generation to Also Get Fit!!!!!!
